My Story

My own journey started over 35 years ago in the technology sector, working for renowned cross-sector organisations, Big Four consultancies and Managed Service Providers (MSP), travelling all over the world to deliver client solutions. I managed multi-cultural talent and engaged with stakeholders up to C-suite and Board level, presenting compelling propositions to drive their companies forward. Over a decade ago, I changed direction completely, specialising in personal branding and working with senior executives up to board level from all over the world. During this time, I acquired knowledge of diverse industries, spanning public, private and non-profit, helping influential leaders to present themselves effectively, something I found extremely rewarding and fulfilling. I am an experienced Career Transition and Interview Coach and Personal Branding Specialist, and a Certified Member of the British Association of CV Writers (BACVW), who has collaborated with global clients from women returners and graduates to managers, directors, C-level and board executives, tailoring my transition coaching to individual needs and assisting with the formulation of creative career, interview, job search and personal branding approaches that drive success. Whether that is a new portfolio career, returning to work after a break, moving forward after redundancy or pivoting into another role, industry, organisational type or country, I have effectively handled different connotations, resulting in some clients achieving up to 55% pay rises!
